Police were active with different investigations related to different cases, among other illegal taxi’s that are becoming a trend. The police received a call about what appears to be an illegal taxi in Noord, picking up people and taking them to work.
The police went immediately to control the vehicle behind Perle d’Or. Here they met a person who was working on a car. He is not from Aruba, but he does have a Dutch passport.
He had in his possession different kinds of pills, marihuana, and cocaine. He said that the pills were for his headaches due to an accident in the past. They arrested him and transported him to the police station. Additionally, he distanced himself from the car as the investigation continues.
